Creating Safe Environments

Giving peace of mind

Chris Good

It’s the “Team” idea for assisting seniors and those who are disabled/injured to live in their home.

The Occupational Therapist provides counsel and vision to help clients understand how to age in place safely – or how modifications should be done to accommodate the life change that may come from injury or rehab. It could start with a simple grab bar, or widening doorways, or providing a wheelchair ramp to a more final stage where their home no longer works for them and they need to transition – we do that too! We also do custom home builds – if a client needed to do a build to accommodate zero-barrier or something specific because of medical equipment. Great team to work with!

Bruce Grifhorst

Owner

Bruce has provided home solutions in the residential building field for over 20 years. At a young age, he helped his father in the family business move houses, which helped him prepare for any challenges that may come his way. One of the challenges he was given was five boys! Bruce and his wife Darci stay very active and love being with family. Bruce decided to follow the Lord at a young age which has conformed him to loving and serving others.   He does this by helping people solve their needs not just by himself but through a collaborative team effort. He understands that individuals have different strengths and that when put together, they are stronger than anything one can do by themselves. He believes the old proverb, "It takes a village."  this message is that it takes many people to provide a safe, healthy environment for those of us who are or become disabled.   When people are given the security they need to develop and flourish, they can reach their hopes and dreams. He believes life is a gift, but we must choose to live.
